Full biography

Financial performance built across the entire patient journey.

Natalie is a results-driven healthcare executive with more than 15 years of experience optimizing end-to-end financial performance across complex healthcare operations. Her work connects the financial demands of the organization with the patient-access, health information management (HIM)and clinical workflows that determine whether revenue can be recognized and collected.

As Director of Revenue Cycle at Brooks Rehabilitation, Natalie oversees billing, medical records management, and reimbursement for more than 55 centers, supporting operational consistency and long-term financial sustainability across a large, distributed system.

Natalie previously led revenue-cycle operations for major behavioral-health organizations. While working alongside Amy Everett at Mind Springs Health, she renegotiated managed-care contracts and helped improve net revenue realization by millions of dollars. Her state experience includes Colorado, Rhode Island, and Georgia.

She holds an MBA in Healthcare Finance and Management and is a Certified Healthcare Access Manager and Certified Revenue Cycle Representative. Her approach treats revenue cycle and HIM operations as an organization-wide operating system—not simply a billing-office function.

Outside the work

Natalie enjoys time at the beach, sunshine, and any opportunity to be near the water. She is also an avid reader who values new stories, ideas, and perspectives.
