Amy is a seasoned healthcare executive and transformational leader who serves as Principal Consultant for Everett Health Partners. After more than a decade in healthcare leadership, she now focuses full-time on consulting for behavioral health organizations navigating startup, growth, licensing, and operational recovery.

Previously, Amy served as Market Chief Executive Officer for Summit Behavioral Healthcare’s Iowa operations. She managed facilities generating more than $30 million in annual revenue and led work to reinstitute facility licenses through the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services. Her state experience spans Colorado, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin, giving her practical perspective on how licensing, oversight, and operational expectations vary by jurisdiction.

Her background also includes government administration as Colorado’s State Opioid Treatment Authority and federal service as a Public Health Advisor and Compliance Officer with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. In those roles, she worked at the intersection of policy, provider operations, and regulatory implementation, including efforts that reduced administrative burden for organizations and providers.

Amy’s approach is grounded in both executive leadership and clinical practice. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with a focus in Addiction Studies, and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Amy enjoys local farmers markets, new film releases, and time with her husband Alan and their dogs, Dugan and Nugget.
