Madux is a transformational operations executive with more than a decade of leadership experience across the public and private sectors. Their work focuses on building behavioral-health operations that are practical, accountable, and prepared for regulatory scrutiny.
Madux served as Colorado’s State Opioid Treatment Authority, working alongside Amy Everett and other team members to navigate complex regulatory environments. In that role, they conducted comprehensive audits of residential and outpatient programs and helped establish a high standard for state-level compliance.
In the private sector, Madux has served as a Regional Director of Operations overseeing multistate programs and adherence to federal, state, DEA, and SAMHSA requirements. Their state experience includes Texas, Colorado, Michigan, Ohio, and Iowa. Their operational leadership has also produced the highest Joint Commission audit scores in their region.
Madux holds a Bachelor of Arts in Substance Abuse Counseling and is a Certified Addiction Counselor III. They bring a direct, systems-focused approach to compliance—one that is designed to work in daily operations, not only on paper.
