Madux is a transformational operations executive with over a decade of leadership experience across the public and private sectors. He has worked alongside Amy and other team members to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, notably serving as the State Opioid Treatment Authority (SOTA) for Colorado. In that role, he conducted comprehensive audits of residential and outpatient programs, establishing a gold standard for state-level compliance.
In the private sector, he has served as a Regional Director of Operations, overseeing multi-state programs and ensuring total adherence to Federal, State, and DEA/SAMHSA requirements. Madux is recognized for operational excellence, having previously achieved the highest Joint Commission audit scores in his region. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Substance Abuse Counseling and is a Certified Addiction Counselor III.
