Revenue Cycle and Financial Management Executive
Natalie is a results-driven executive who has spent over 15 years optimizing end-to-end financial performance across healthcare operations. As the Director of Revenue Cycle at Brooks Rehabilitation, she oversees billing and reimbursement for more than 55 centers. Natalie previously led revenue cycle operations for major behavioral health systems, including working with Amy at Minds Springs, where she successfully renegotiated managed care contracts and improved net revenue realization by millions of dollars.
She holds an MBA in Healthcare Finance and Management and is a Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM). Natalie provides the financial “engine” for our team, ensuring that front-end clinical intake processes are perfectly aligned with back-end billing to accelerate cash flow and maximize payer reimbursement.
