Clinical quality designed to hold up every day—not only during inspection.
Stephanie Redwine is a seasoned healthcare compliance executive specializing in clinical quality assurance, regulatory risk management, and de novo program activation. Her experience spans active clinical leadership, corporate quality and compliance, national survey preparation, and behavioral-health risk management.
For de novo startups and expanding healthcare platforms, Stephanie establishes the clinical operating framework from the ground up—building compliant policy manuals, setting up clinical charting standards, and guiding teams through initial state licensing inspections and national accreditation surveys (Joint Commission / CARF). Her approach ensures new programs achieve survey readiness on day one while protecting clinical integrity. Her state experience includes Kansas, Missouri, Arizona, Texas, Indiana, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, and New Mexico.

She holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Stephanie has deep knowledge of IAC 155 and helps organizations remain prepared for state reviews, CARF surveys, and The Joint Commission.
